Terms of Service and Sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Lukops service (lukops.com), published by the sole proprietorship Lucas Fabregoule (see legal notice). Lukops provides the creation, hosting and management of professional websites and associated tools (appointment booking, tracking, statistics). Any use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Client account
Access to the client area (lukops.com/profil) is done through a code sent by email. The client is responsible for the confidentiality of their access and the actions carried out from their account. The information provided must be accurate and up to date.
3. Service & availability
Lukops uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or causes beyond the publisher's control (notably the hosting provider). The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of commercial results.
4. Client obligations
The client agrees to use the service lawfully and not to publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringing or that violates third-party rights. The client guarantees that they hold the rights to the content (texts, images, logos) they put online. The publisher may suspend a website in case of breach.
5. Offers, prices and payment
5.1 Prices
The offers and their prices (creation, hosting subscription, domain name, options) are those displayed at the time of ordering in the client area. Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
5.2 Payment
Payment is made online through our provider Stripe (payment cards). Lukops does not store any card data. The order is confirmed after payment confirmation.
5.3 Subscription & renewal
Hosting and domain name offers are automatically renewing subscriptions for the chosen billing period, until cancellation. Cancellation can be done at any time from the client area; it takes effect at the end of the current period, without refund of the period already started.
5.4 Right of withdrawal
The service is aimed at professionals (B2B relationship): the 14-day withdrawal right provided by the French Consumer Code does not apply to contracts concluded between professionals. For any non-professional client, the immediate deployment / execution of the service, expressly requested, entails waiver of the withdrawal right once the service is fully performed.
6. Domain name
When a domain name is ordered through Lukops, it is registered on the client's behalf with the registrar (via OVH). Its maintenance depends on the renewal of the corresponding subscription.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy, compliant with the GDPR.
8. Cancellation & deletion
The client may delete a website or cancel their subscription from the client area. Deletion takes the website offline and erases the associated data within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations (invoicing).
9. Liability
Lukops' liability is limited to direct and proven damages, up to the amounts paid by the client for the service concerned. Lukops is not responsible for content published by clients nor for the commercial consequences of using the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts. Consumer mediation is available where applicable.
