Audience measurement — Umami
Websites created with Lukops use Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics solution that does not identify visitors and does not directly collect personally identifiable data (anonymized IP). As such, no cookie consent banner is required for this measurement.
Commercial prospecting (B2B)
As part of its activity, Lukops collects publicly available professional contact details of establishments (name, sector, city, professional contact) in order to offer them its services. This processing is based on legitimate interest. Any person or establishment may object to this outreach and request the deletion of their data at any time by writing to support.contact@lukops.com; they will then be immediately removed from our lists.
Recipients & processors
Data is neither sold nor transferred. It is processed by Lukops and, for technical needs, by processors: OVH (hosting, France/EU), Stripe (payment), as well as the email sending service (confirmations, sign-in codes). These providers offer GDPR-compliant guarantees.
Cookies
lukops.com and the client area only use cookies strictly necessary for operation (sign-in session). Audience measurement (Umami) does not set any cookies.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise them: support.contact@lukops.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Client websites
For websites published with Lukops, the client establishment is responsible for the data collected through its forms (contact, booking: name, email, phone). Lukops acts as a technical processor (hosting). Each website recalls this information in its “Legal notice & privacy” page.
